| Now just have the debate tomorrow for why I want another c-section. I think consultant wants me to have a VBAC. Purely for psychological reasons I mentally just need to know this is another section.
Any advice? |

| Hi Mossy,
That's great news. Try to hold firm for another section if that's what you want.... |

| Congratulations Mossy! YOUVE MADE IT, WOOHOO! When are they planning on delivering the baby??? If a c-section is what you want then i agree with Jules, hold firm and dont let them push you into doing something you dont want. Well donehon, keep us updated! Take care |

| If your instinct is telling you go for a C section Mossy, then stand firm.
You know Im a big believer in instinct...its what helps us to protect ourselves.

| I'm hoping to get a date for a c-section tomorrow after consultant's appointment.
I'm not a 'too proud to push' person but for various reason honestly feel a c-section is the best route for me. I feel as though I am in control of this one. As unlikely as it is I can't get it out of my mind that I could develop PE or have BP issues in labour and then whisked off for a c-section. Even under GA and again not see my baby to start with.
If I was to list my reasons for wanting a c-section you'd think I was being silly. A lot of them are psychological- but do have a focus of me being in control!
I feel I recovered really well last time from my c-section. fair enough I didn't have a newborn to look after but I did recover well. |

| Not silly at all my reasons for a section were all about control so I fully understand a controlled section is way better than an emergency. My lucy section was good and the recovery amazing so I made the right decision absolutely. Take care e
